When designing your event it is important to highlight special areas within the show. This can be the first thing your visitors see, such as making the registration area into a specific feature or separate sections within the show.
This can be done in many ways, either by giving the area a special title, with the use
of graphics/sponsorship, which distinguishes it from the normal exhibition stand areas,
or by changing the colour of the fascia or adding graphics for that area.
You can also change the function of an area, for example from an exhibitor area to a conference or seminar theatre. Then when selling your show to exhibitors and visitors you can use these areas as markers to enhance the exhibiting or visiting experience, adding a perceived value to both parties.
