How can I save electrical costs?
There are many ways to help reduce your electrical costs. One is if you are providing an electrical package to your exhibitors and your event is in a mainstream venue, then make sure you keep to stands being in blocks of 6 or more. Stands on their own would require a separate main from the venue and this often works out to be considerable more then the package cost alone and can often incur a surcharge from your contractor.
Dependant upon the nature of your event it is not always necessary to provide a power point to all your exhibitors and often a lighting package can be more than enough, as long as your exhibitors who want/need a power point have the facility to be able to order these as an optional extra to their stand.
