Typically files will need to be supplied to designers at 300dpi, although 150dpi may be suitable.

Outdoor advertising billboards and vinyl applications on buses etc can be supplied at minimum of 72dpi, due to the final graphics typically being viewed from a distance, rather than close up.
As a rule though, always supply files in the highest resolution possible.
